I currently hold six State Farm policies and, over the past three years, my experiences with other State Farm offices have always been positive — responsive, cooperative, and truly helpful.
Unfortunately, my experience with the Jim Von Eiff State Farm office has been the complete opposite. I was assigned to a new agent who is inexperienced, does not appear to have support, and consistently takes more than three days to return even the simplest call, email, or text. In most cases, I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to receive a basic reply.
Despite repeated attempts to reach out, Mr. Von Eiff himself has never responded to my messages or emails. This lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is extremely disappointing — especially for a company that emphasizes customer service.
What’s most frustrating is that this office seems focused on soliciting new business, yet it does not provide existing clients with the reliable support, accuracy, or responsiveness we should expect.
If you value timely communication and dependable service, I cannot recommend choosing this office.
