Incredibly responsive, when we needed updates to the policy the system didn't allow took real accountability to solve it manually almost immediately, and more importantly was super honest and personable. Probably one of the best agents I've spoken to in any business let alone insurance which is typically not known for its customer service. In a world where many insurance companies are moving to AI-only and getting rid of human agents, it feels good to know there are real people available who you can reach out to if you ever need any actual assistance with your policy. Pricewise most policies I saw were about the same with similar coverage, but Adam's service and trust developed with him was the reason we decided to go with them over other options.
